You
can only do blood pH testing if you go to a hospital as it requires an arterial
stick. This is not necessary.
Measure
you pH in the blood and your urine for trends and let me know the results. We
are looking for trends, not absolutes. The body pH cycles. If stagnant the pH
does not move and that is poor health.
In
the beginning, to avoid tedium, measure your pH saliva (morning) and urine
(morning and night – 6 hours between voids gives the most accurate measurement)
before you do the oil pulling.
·
Saliva: spit three times in the toilet or sink and the fourth on
the strip; record results. Saliva, for the type of issues we have discussed
should be running more alkaline in the morning and trend toward a more alkaline
saliva. Saliva is considered a good reflective measurement of the fluids around
the cells in the body. It should not be stagnant either.
·
Urine measurement done on first void of the morning. If you ever
have time to measure it, measure the pH after meals (right after meals and two
hours later) you will see the dynamic of the pH. If the urine pH does not move up and down, above and below 6.2 there may be an issue that needs to be addressed. It may mean the body is unable to give up the acidity and doing so is critical for good health.
o Dr. Revici, one of our
mentors by virtue of his research, told us pH must vary and it variance can
show us health or lack thereof. From 4 a.m., for 12 hours, the pH will normally
be below 6.2 until 4 p.m., then switch above 6.2 until 4 a.m.. So there are 12
hour cycles. His research showed us we are looking for trends and healthy
people have pH of 6.2 (urine).
